Festival Info

Annual November Festival

Films will be screened throughout the weekend at the Colorado Springs Fine Arts Center (FAC), Colorado College Armstrong Hall, Cornerstone’s Richard F. Celeste Theater (Formerly South Theater), and in Cornerstone's more intimate Film Screening Room.

As always, the weekend will kick-off Friday evening with our Festival Gala at 6:30 p.m. followed by our opening line-up at the Fine Arts Center. Films will begin Saturday morning at 8:30 and Sunday morning at 9:00.

Films will be screened at all four (4) venues on Saturday. On Sunday, films will be screened at Armstrong Theater and Cornerstone's Richard F. Celeste Theater only.

The Film Screening Room is an intimate venue (capacity of 108) providing a different kind of viewing experience, as well as greater opportunity for discussion when a filmmaker is present.  The Screening room offers state of the art technology and is ideal for film viewing, featuring an outstanding sound system and high resolution projection. Priority seating for the Film Screening Room will be given to attendees with the +PLUS Pass.   If you would like guaranteed seating in the Film Screening Room, it is recommended that you purchase either a Saturday +PLUS Pass or a Full Festival +PLUS Pass.

Filmmakers Forum

We have a terrific line up of filmmakers attending this year. In addition to taking questions after their films, filmmakers will participate in a panel discussion during lunch on both Saturday and Sunday.  The Filmmakers Forum is an open event for all ticketed attendees. This is the only time food and beverage will be allowed in Armstrong Hall, to allow attendees to eat lunch while listening to the discussion.  Discussion topics will be led by Abigail Wright, a filmmaker and instructor at Boulder Digital Arts, but questions and comments from the audience are encouraged.

Breakfast and Box Lunches

On Saturday and Sunday, coffee and breakfast items will be available for purchase at all venues.

In addition, if you plan to attend the Filmmakers Forum, or plan to stick around on campus during our lunch break you might choose to purchase a box lunch.  Box lunches can be pre-ordered online or at any of our food and beverage tables up until the start of the 2nd block (approximately 10:45am) on Saturday and Sunday.

This year box lunches will be offered by two vendors, LA'AU'S Taco Shop (Chicken or Veggie Burrito) and Garden of the Gods Gourmet (Chicken or Veggie Wrap). Both lunches include a bottle of water.  LA'AU's Box Lunches will be available to PRE-ORDER ONLY through Friday.  Garden of the Gods Gourmet Box Lunches will be available for pre-order through Friday, or can be purchased at all three venues on Saturday or Sunday morning.

Please click here to pre-order your box lunches from either LA'AU'S Taco Shop or Garden of the Gods Gourmet.
